Connect Your Servers & Sites
The first step to joining the Servo experience is to use our easy onboarding wizard to add your servers & sites to your Servo account. For this you simply need to tell us the relevant server IP, server username, and any website domains/names along with their storage path on the server. You will also need to authorise a unique SSH key we generate just for you so we can interact with your server securely.

Setup The Automation
Once your servers & sites are added to your Servo account you can setup the automation settings for each one individually. We've built Servo to be as customisable as possible, this means you can set things such as your backups to be at an exact date/time regularity, specifically for each server/site you need backed up at that specific time.

Sit Back & Relax
Relax, we've got this! We'll handle all the backups automatically for you, as well as monitoring your server resources to ensure there are no unexpected hiccups in your websites hosting.

We'll Be In Touch
If we notice anything which may need your attention, such as a server running out of space or your website receiving unusually high traffic we'll notify you via email for you to take action.
Platform Support
We support the biggest platforms straight out of the box with direct support for things like database backups and file structure. However, we also fully support any other MySQL based platform, even if your site is hand-built on your own core base... all fully supported with minimal additional setup! Any Linux-based hosting is also supported, provided you have (or can install) the required commands we use to manage your server. AWS is also directly supported in Servo, along with dedicated RDS database servers!
